Councils/Housing Associations/Private Landlords

If the property has been substantially ruined by tenants or squatters we can attend to complete a "basic planner" to see what the cost to clean the property to a standard of occupancy would be.  However, depending on the properties interior these costs can start from £150 for a 2 bedroom property, for a basic clean.  Please note:  attendance to the property would have to be completed before any actual quotation could be delivered.  If your organisation also has to obtain costs prior to a Court Hearing we can also supply photographic evidence and also a property condition report.


End of Tenancy Cleaning Prices

End of tenancy cleaning prices vary from job to job, depending on the size of the property and specific areas to be cleaned. This is a guide price only based on standard end of tenancy condition:

Basic Gardening/Grounds Clean-Up:  (incl. Tenants/Squatters who have left basic rubbish in garden or grounds)
